This paper studied the mechanism of water-inrush and water-inrush prediction of 19th coalbed floor on Panxi coalmine. Based on the analysis of geology and hydrological condition and water-inrush from coalbed floor date of Panxi coalmine, generalized the six factors, which affect water-inrush from coalbed floor, analyzed stress state of the coalbed floor and movement feature of coalbed top layer and floor, comprehensively studied the depth of destroyed floor in deeper level (mined depth ≥650m)mine with theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and actual measurement in situ, and based on the date of water-inrush of mined in deeper level, researched the mechanism of coalbed floor destroyed and bring forward calculate formula, analyzed the reason and influential factor and ascertainment method on the depth of original damage zone and mined damage zone, studied on obstruction performance of coalbed floor and applied it on Panxi coalmine, studied on the mechanism of water-inrush from faulted floor, include the water-inrush of original fault and feature of activated fault by mined and the development mechanism of fault with mechanics and the effect on water-inrush, used more factors compositing theory with water abundance of confined aquifer ,geologic structure, hydraulic pressure and obstruction performance of floor, brings forward the model of water-inrush to forecast water-disaster problem in coalmine and partition the fatalness zone, analyzed the condition of water-inrush on stope and divided the floor into three kinds and founded mechanical model and criterion of water-inrush proportionally and software to predicate water-inrush from mining floor is made, which has a good effect.
