Air lifted loop reactors are widely used in many industry processes. Although there are lots of theoretical and experimental studies, the experiential models are different from each other. Because of localizations by air-water system and STP, there are lots of difficulties to use them directly for practical industry processes. Therefore, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) for the research of characteristics industry parameters is carried out more and more frequently.In this paper, the computational fluid dynamics(CFD) code is used to simulate the fluid behaviors of gas and liquid in an air-lifted inner loop reactor with the Euler-Euler multiphase model, the effect of different gas flux on the gas hold-up and liquid velocity is researched. CFD commercial software CFX5.6/5.7 is used and industrial cyclohexane oxidation is combined to obtain technical result, which has achieved the task to provide an important theoretical basis on the technical innovation in cyclohexanone...
