With quick, development and comprehensive application of new rare materials, nano-CeO2 has had new property and use, obtaining of which relate to not only chemical composition but also granularity size, granularity distributing, macrostructure, dispersivity, density. Further more they are strictly controlled by preparation course and technologic parameter. Control of preparation process of nano-CeO2. gets more difficult.Ordinary liquid-phase methods of preparation nano-CeO2 include sol-gel, deposition, hydrothermal synthesizing, micro emulsion method. Thereinto , deposition method with the virtue of equipment being simple, technical course being easy controlled, easy making it mercantile has value of industrial popularization. But various degrees of agglomeration can be caused during the deposition reaction, the drying, and the calcining. Studies indicate that chymist coprecipitation annexed azeotropic distillation can better prevent from hard-agglomeration and obtains homodisperse nanoparticle.
