This article mainly discusses the ethanol-water vapor liquid equilibrium azeotropic system has carried on the system research, and the simulation software is adopted to the separation of azeotropic distillation process simulation studies.First of all, according to the commonly used chemical and physical properties of azeotropic agent and azeotropic agent selection requirements, screening the toxicity of small, has a wide application prospect of cyclohexane as azeotropic agent in this paper.In ethanol-water-cyclohexane system, application of chemCAD simulation software of SCDS distillation model, establishes the technological process, respectively chose the NRTL and UNIQUAC and UNIFAC thermodynamic model, Van laar, BWRS of azeotropic distillation simulation results were compared. Through the simulation of the ternary azeotropic composition compared with real data, we select the NRTL and UNIQUAC and UNIFAC three kinds of activity coefficient models for further comparison of thermodynamic data, finally, we found that the UNIQUAC activity coefficient model simulation results accord with real phase equilibrium data are the most.In order to make the simulation results are closer to the real data, more guiding significance, and then we adopted bivariate regression of vapor liquid equilibrium data correction method of parameters for UNIQUAC model parameters for the correction. After correction, the simulation of anhydrous ethanol mass fraction is99.95%.Analyse the theoretical plate number, reflux ratio, such as raw materials, feed position of azeotropic agent parameters of ethanol-water-cyclohexane system the effects of the separation of azeotropic distillation and parameter optimization were performed. Results show that after parameter optimization, the original process can improve the separation effect, has certain guiding significance for industrial production.
