The Study And Analysis Calculation On The Widespread Plate's Deformation Of Screw Distributing Die

Wide and thick polymer sheet is widely used in many fields, such as industrial and mine mechanical, communications and transport, military affairs and national defence, and so on. The screw distributing die has great superiority in producing wide and thick polymer sheet. However, as the width rising, the widespread plate's deformation is more and more deteriorative, and this will affect the uniformity of the final product prominently. Hence, it is urgent to study the deformation of screw distributing die widespread plate.In this study, a mathematical model about the deformation of screw distributing die plate was given, and the pressure field and the deformation of the plate were analyzed with the help of the large three-dimensional finite element software-ANSYS. And then the flow field coupled the deformation of die plate was analyzed, which will make the simulation approach to reality.
