Studies On The Extraction, Separation And Physiological Activity Of The Polysaccharide Of Gloipeltis Furcata

Because the polysaccharide of Gloipeltis furcata has the significant value in science and application , the research about the alga medicine and healthy grocery based on the polysaccharide is very important . This paper firstly presented the distillation technics ,separation ,purification and the structure analysis about the polysaccharide.Then we investigated the physiological activation theory of the polysaccharide,which include the bait the activity , and anti-oxidation outside body , anti-oxidation inside body ,the infection for the immune modulation the function of anti-mutant. To investigate the security of the polysaccharide,we did a lot of experiments with the mice . Experiment results indicate that the polysaccharide is harmless. At last we developed the mulriple polysaccharide troche and mulriple polysaccharide hygienical jelly based on the research and experiment which had been done..Using the solvent extraction, the combination of microwave and hydrolysis and enzymatic method could greatly shorten the distillation time ,boost the efficiency .reduce the energy cost .The result of the polysaccharide's purification and separation experiment showed that the polysaccharide was composed of 6 -sulphate-agar,and it was include3, 6-AG- L-galactose and 6-sulphate-D-galactose.Inhibitory rate showed the polysaccharide of Gloipeltis furcata had the good effect to the coliform and some other bacilli..
