Study On The Extraction Process And Physiological Activity Of Secondary Metabolites In Xiaolong,Shaanxi Province

Berberis shensiana Ahrendt is a perennial deciduous shrub of Berberis,and a variety of secondary metabolites such as alkaloids,saponins and flavonoids are isolated from plants.Berberine is an important bioactive component,With anti-bacterial antihypertensive,anti-tumor,antiarrhythmic,hypoglycemic and other effects,in a wide range of clinical applications.So far,the acquisition of berberine in our country is mainly extracted from Coptis chinensis,Cortex Phellodendri and three needles.For a long time,the phenomenon of "heavy excavation and light protection" has led to the increasing or even depletion of berberine.The decline in production areas gradually reduced production decreased year by year,has become a bottleneck restricting the sustainable development of China's traditional Chinese medicine industry.Shangluo with its unique climate,soil,topography and landscape become the kingdom of many animals and plants,but also the best suitable for many medicinal plants,Shaanxi Berberis in the distribution of a wide range of natural resources,natural reserves are very rich,as a new The extraction of berberine from its rhizome is of great practical significance to the traditional Chinese medicine industry in Shangluo Mountain.In this paper,berberine was extracted from its rhizome by the widely distributed berberine in Shaanxi Province,and the extraction process and its physiological activity were studied.The results are as follows:1.The optimum conditions for extraction of berberine from Berberis berriesi were screened by single factor test and orthogonal test.The extraction temperature was 65?,the ratio of material to liquid was 1:20,the concentration of ethanol was 75%,and the extraction time 3h,the highest yield of berberine was 1.10%.2.The results showed that the bacteriostatic effect of secondary metabolites on different strains was Bacillus subtilis> Streptomyces sp.Staphylococcus aureus>Staphylococcus aureus> Escherichia coli> Aspergillus niger,Bacillus subtilis assusceptible bacteria,minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)0.05 mg/mL.
