CS2 is the a kind of poisonous and strong volatility gas chemical compound of irritate temper taste . The viscosity fibre factory placed in proper order the atmosphere capacity and harm to the environment of CS2 and H2S waste gas of low concentration suffered attaching importance to people increasingly , and success experience of abroad was indicated , the biopurification technology was purified that purification of CS2 and H2S waste gas is one kind of effective method .This thesis was mainly concerned on the biopurification performance of CS2 waste gas in low concentration and relative kinetic calculation model of Adsorption-Biofilm Theory verified by using a biotrickling filter. The main results were shown as follows :( 1 ) used the item research team microorganism fungus kind of development was packed into a biological trickling filter that purification of CS2 waste gas containing sulphocompound and studied an approach to purification of CS2 waste gas in low concentration was feasible , and the removal efficiency of CS2 could reach 75% , and was reached closely the abroad correlation study .( 2 ) the investigation of the removal efficiency of CS2 influences was gone to the factor such as the optimum operation conditions and the concentration of CS2 in influent gas , the gas flow and temperature etc . The results of preliminary experiment were shown that, when the biofilter was operated at the optimum operation conditions (the concentration of CS2 in influent gas was 100mg/m3, the gas flow was 0.1m3/h, circulated liquid flow was 20L/h and pH was 4.0). The best influence was the gas flow, and the removal efficiency of CS2 was decreased from 72.5% to 37.1% when the gas flow was increased from 0.1 m3/h to 0.8 m3/h ; the concentration of CS2 in influent gas was effected the removal efficiency of CS2, and the removal efficiency of CS2 could reach 75%-78% when the concentration of CS2 in influent gas was 100-500mg/m3 . Along with gone up of temperature . the removal efficiency of CS2 was increased when the temperature in the scope of 3-25 ℃ .( 3 )With the experimental data got from the biotrickling filter used in this study , the kinetic calculation model mentioned above was verified purification of CS2 waste gas in low concentration by using a biological trickling filter . According to the kinetic calculation model , the purification efficiency of CS2 in off-gases , the concentration of CS2 in effluent gas, and the biological elimination of CS2 were calculated respectively. The verified results showed that the calculated data of kinetic model were close to the experimental data (correlation coefficients R>0.94)When H2S ( 600-1000mg/m3 ) and CS2 ( 500-800 mg/m3 ) waste gases of low concentration in the viscosity fibre factory , were purified the waste gases by using the biotrickling filter was feasible . After through further to study , this research achievement hopefully achieved the industry application .Used the item research team microorganism fungus kind of development was packed into a biological trickling filter that purification of CS2 waste gas containing sulphocompound, and cultivated a kind of the microorganism fungus to purification containing sulphocompound waste gas ( H2S , CS2 and SO2 ) , for internal research and the application to use the biopurification technology purification containing sulphocompound waste gas ( H2S , CS2 and SO2 ) provides fixed experience and reference...
