It is well known that water is one of the most important human resources, which, however, is polluted to a large degree, in the wake of the development of society and economy. China is now developing itself at a very high speed, the processing industries in particular. There is still no proper ways to handle the great amount of high concentration organism wastewater. This article mainly touches upon the feasibility of handle difficult Degradation industrial wastewater with carbon fiber membrane bioreactor. The reactor is put into practice to identify the polluting resources in urban sewage water, water used in paper-making, and petrificated organic micro-pollution water, respectively, with a view to testifying the high quality of carbon fiber membrane bioreactor, newly promoted in this article, in the practice of the organism waste water degradation. First of all, the importance is attacked to the resource and harm of organism wastewater, thus presenting the present state of the methods use to deal with the organic wastewater and the trend of biochemical handle technique. At the same time, this article points out the disadvantages of the traditional way in Treatment with organic polluted water. The concept of membrane bioreactor is put forward to, as well, so as to discuss the possibility of membrane bioreactor in handling organic polluted water. Meanwhile, many efforts are made in this article to talk about the polluted water produced by the concerned projects and about the traditional way of Treatment with organic polluted water. A variety of issues are touched upon here, from the state of the handling of polluted water by paper-making, to the state and way of handling of urban polluted water. The new material carbon fiber membrane, designed in this project, is possessed of many strong points, such as, the high specific surface area,the strong lipophilicity , and the good elasticity. The carbon fiber membrane bioreactor is able to draw the polluting objects in water and separate micro-creature from the water, through the advantages of the high specific surface area and the good elasticity. Therefore, the micro-creature active layer will come into being on the surface of carbon fiber membrane. Both the organic pollution is separated from water and the self-bioactive of membrane are by the means of micro-creature metabolism and degradation . Some experiments are carried out on the subject of handle paper wastewater,domestic sewage and micro-polluted water. By control the membrane parameter,configuration ) and hydromechanics parameter ,we explore the factors affecting the removal efficiency of COD; the net increase on the face of film of microbes is under control to decrease the sludge in the process of Treatment with water and to decrease the amount and times of ooze scavenge; meanwhile, analysis of water quality of different polluted waters is made to obtain membrane's effective carrying capacity ,the growth kinetics of micro-creature and the best hydromechanics parameter, safeguarding the possibility that the organisms and the aged micro-creature membrane are removed by active micro-creature. Based on a great number of experiments, the law and theory basis of how carbon fiber membrane bioreactor handle other difficult Degradation organisms are found. This has paved the way for the further exploring of carbon fiber membrane bioreactor in handling other difficult Degradation organic wastewater and will present scientific proofs for the wide use of this reactor.
