Introducing process routing of 56dtex/48f fine-denier PET FDY manufacture on 12 ends polymer-melt directly spinning line. The factors affecting development of fine-denier PET FDY were discussed from the aspects of process technology and equipments. The prerequisite of obtaining high-class quality fine-denier PET FDY is controlling polymer-melt transporting temperature and pressure, shortening delay time and ensuring polymer-melt quality. The fine-denier PET FDY can be made by selecting the spinning temperature 292-298℃, spinning pressure 13-16Mpa, cross air blow speed 0.35-0.45m/s, collecting position 800mm, oil pick-up about 1.0%, draw ratio 2.0-3.0, GR1 temperature 85-92℃and GR2 temperature 125-130℃, keeping and improving the equipments at a fairly good status, and implementing the total quality control.
