As a personalized clothing choice of the mass,the popularity and trend of consumers choosing jeans as clothing products is increasing.Viscose fiber,as the raw material choice of denim fabric,is worn as a new denim fabric in summer,which has good wearing comfort.Double carding rotary cup spinning technology provides another production idea for new fancy denim yarn spinning.First of all,this paper takes the appearance style and yarn structure of denim yarn as an idea,and uses black and white viscose fiber strips with large color difference to carry out the experiment design of double carding rotary cup spinning.The appearance structure and color style of spun fancy rotary cup denim yarn were investigated.The yarn structure and twist difference of spun fancy slub denim yarn were studied.The specific conclusions are as follows :(1)the design experiment was conducted to explore the minimum discoloration reaction length of the double comber rotary spinning.Under the condition that the diameter of the rotary spinning is 48 mm,the discoloration reaction length is at least greater than 0.15 m.The minimum length of yarn color variation is determined by the diameter of the rotary cup.(2)Choose viscose fiber,design and experiment spinning monochrome denim,fancy color denim and slub denim.The color periodicity research method was used to explore the style change rule of fancy color-changing denim yarns and verify that the spun denim yarns had obvious style rule.The mechanism of twist change of slub denim yarn was investigated,and it was found that there were significant differences in twist between base yarn and slub yarn,and the twist transfer of yarn was significantly reduced at slub yarn.The existence of slub formed by overfeeding in the spinning cup obviously affected the twist transfer of double splitting spinning yarn.Secondly,a single factor test was conducted to explore the influence of the rotary speed,carding roller speed and twist coefficient on the performance of viscose denim yarn.The variation law of the influence of various technological parameters on the yarn performance was obtained.With the increase of carding roller speed and rotary speed,the yarn performance improved first and then deteriorated.Thirdly,according to the results of single factor analysis,three factors and three levels of orthogonal experiments were designed to test the yarn performance of each test scheme.Considering the spinning performance indexes comprehensively,the better process parameters were set as follows: the speed of carding roller was 7500 RPM,the speed of rotary cup was 60000 RPM,and the twist of yarn was 65 twist /10 cm.According to the optimum process parameters,spinning experiments were carried out.Finally,the design of two multi-section color changing fancy denim yarn,the study found that it has obvious denim style.Spinning according to the optimum process parameters and developing new viscose denim fabric.The developed product has obvious grey and black denim style and has good wearing comfort,which can be used as a new denim fabric in summer.
