Study On Interior Environment Of Wood Laminated Composites Hot Pressing

In this dissertation, researched the simulation of interior environment of the wood composites plate blank during hot pressing. The research's total target is to set up the model of the interior environment of the wood composites plate blank during hot pressing, on the basis of the theory of the physics, mathematics, numerical method analysis, simulation by computer, pyrology, theory of transfer, wood science, rheology of wood material, chemistry of resin adhesive. So computer can simulate the process of hot pressing of wood laminated composites using these models, and know the variation of the plate blank environment in time and space during hot pressing. So we can simulate heat of thermosetting resin adhesive, research simulation of heat transformation during hot pressing of wood laminated composites, research the interior gas environment of plate blank during hot pressing, research space condition and time condition of the model, and calculation method of model, and so on. Through these work, can research and forecast resin cure index, temperature, and density of air, partial pressure of air, density of vapour, partial pressure of vapour, total pressure of gas. In the dissertation, also researched interior environment of plate blank by experiments, and studied on wood veneer heat transfer, tested study on temperature environment of plate blank of wood laminated composites during hot pressing. These research include study on wood veneer heat transfer, test study on temperature environment of plate blank of wood laminated composites during hot pressing. These works are useful to rather better design manufacturing techniques, control and forecast the final quality of material, realize design of wood composites and its structure, raise technology of wood composites manufacturing, and do some basic work for develop new wood composites.
