In order to improve the safety and comfort of people's life in the room,flame-retardant treated veneer and six kinds of foam rubber were used to manufacture wood-rubber laminated composite materials in this paper.The material was hoped to be used in the interior wall panel.In this study,a seven-layer wood rubber composite material model was established and its mechanical resilience was simulated.Wood-rubber laminated composite materials were systematically explored in preparation process,flame retardancy,noise reduction and buffer performance.It will provide theoretical basis and application demonstration for the preparation of composites with good flame retardancy and noise reduction effect.1.Using ABAQUS to simulate the constitutive parameters of rubber,the parameters of the constitutive model of different kinds of rubber were obtained.In addition,some mechanical properties of the veneer were obtained by four point bending and square plate shear tests,and the parameters of the veneer were determined by comparing the literature.The mechanical simulation of 7 layers of composite materials was carried out by ABAQUS.It was found that the addition of foamed rubber plate makde the composites have a buffering performance.It will play a good damping effect in the use of the wall panel.2.The experimental results showed that the flame retardant effect of the flame retardant veneer obtained by impregnating 1:1:1 with ammonium polyphosphate,ammonium sulfate and ammonium phosphate was better than that of the fire retardant coated with chlorinated rubber resin.The concentration of flame retardants have 10%,16%,24%,and 30%four different gradients.The flame retardancy of the veneer was getting better and better with the increase of the concentration of the flame retardant.Therefore,the veneer of flame retardant treated by the method of impregnating flame retardants concentration of 30%was chosen.3.The layer number of wood-rubber composite materials decided to be 7,whitch based on the making standard of Surface Decorated Wood-based Wall-board.The thickness of the veneer and the rubber plate is 2mm.Considering the overall static strength and structural symmetry of the wood-rubber composite materials,the rubber plate was chosen to be placed in the middle layer and veneer laminated on both sides of the core layer.After the pre experiment,the scheme of hot pressing process is finally determined:Urea formaldehyde resin adhesive was used to bonding veneers,resin content was 160g/m~2.According to the surface groups of rubber and poplar veneer,isocyanate was selected as the adhesive of two kinds of material,resin content was80g/m~2.Laminated veneers were first tested by preheating pressure.Through the research on the process,the best bonding strength was earned when temperature,pressure and time were 160?,1.5 MPa,6min.Then the rubber and plywood are reformed to hot press,under the hot pressing temperature of 120?for 5 min and pressure was 1 MPa.Different hot pressing parameters and methods are used at different interfaces,which saved cost and can get better wood-rubber composite materials.4.Six kinds of wood-rubber composite materials with monolayer rubber and 6 kinds of wood-rubber composite materials with double layer rubber were used to test the sound absorption and sound insulation test by using the transfer function method.The results show that the sound absorption effect of the wood-rubber composite with two layers of rubber is better.The wood-rubber composite made from the AC201 rubber and the veneer layer has the best sound absorption performance compared with the other types of wood-rubber composite.It was also found that the higher the depth of the cavity is in a certain range,the better the sound absorption performance of the composite.Therefore,a wall panel made of the wood-rubber composite materials with double layer AC201 type rubber has a better performance in sound absorption.And when the condition is allowed,enough cavity depth should be left when the wall panel is installed so that the sound absorption effect of the material can be increased.5.Through the oxygen index test and the cone calorimeter test,the experimental results were obtained.The flame retardancy of AC201 type of wood-rubber composites in 6 kinds of wood-rubber composites is the best under the conditions of flame-retardant treatment on veneer.The concentration of flame retardant is 30%.
