Recently, With the high development of applied mathematics and hardware of MRS and computer.The precision of MRS detection is improving .So the exact analysis of correlative qualities of tobacco with MRS becomes feasible .Compared with the implanting standard methods of primary components in tobacco.NIRS has apparent advantage of fast detection and capacity .The Bureau of National Tobacco Monopolization has put the program of fast determination of some components' content in tobacco on the agenda,According to this.This research mainly deals with the content anticipation of five components in Flue-cured tobacco by using FT-NIRS, After the representation and numbers of samplea are examined ,and the optimization of different pretreatment methods and different range of spectrum,Forecast models for total sugar , deoxidize sugar, nicotinamide, total nitrogen and chlorin have been set up respectively/The RMSECV are 1.10%, 0.52%, 0.20%, 0.07%, 0.04%, 0.75%.Their correlative coefficient are 90.82, 97.60, 91.46, 93.71, 95.28.And good forecast results are achieved with unkown samples. The range of RSD are 0.6%-6%, 0.6%-3.6%, 1.5%-6.5%, 0-1.9%, 1.6%-9.1% respectively.Most alkaloids have biologic activity.So the exact and quick determination of their content is important. Due to its high sensitivity simplicity And relatively low cost,Chemiluminescence(CL) analysis has been widely used in alkaloids ,This paper deals with the following two systems as examples to investigate the applications of CL analysis in alkaloid.One system is alkaloid-luminol-peroxide.The other is alkaloid - potassium permanganate - formaldehyde,These new methods with flow-injection CL for nicotinamide, colchicines,sinomenine have been developed and the properties of two systems are discussed by using optics measure,And the conclusion are following:1.As nicotinamide can increase the intensity of luminol-peroxide system,A Flow-injection CL method for determination of nicotinamide is developed,The line range is 1 × 10-3-1 × l0-4g/L.The limit of detection is 6.0 × 10-9g/L , RSD is 3.7%.The sample of Shandong yishui is determined ,The recovery is 96%-98%.2.Alkaloid-luminol-peroxide system can be used to determine the content of colchicine, sinomeinine.10-hydroxycamptothecine.The line range is 1 ×10-5-l ×10-3g/L, 1 × 10-5-1×10-3g/L, 1×10-4-1×10-2g/L,RSD is 4.3%,4.7%,3.5% , The limit of detection is 3 × 10-5g/L, 5 × 10-6g/L,2 × 10-5g/L, the sample of colchicine, sinomeinine are determined ,The recovery is 94-103%, 95-97%.3.Alkaloid - potassium permanganate - formaldehyde system can be used to determine the content of colchicine, sinomeinine, 10-hydroxycamptothecine.The line range is 1×10-4-1 × 10-2g/L, 1× 10-3-1 × 10-2g/L, 1×10-4-4× 10-2g/L,RSD is 3.1%,3.6%,2.2%, The limit of detection is 5 × 10-5g/L, 5 × 10-4g/L,4× 10-5g/L> The sample of colchicine, sinomeinine are determined ,The recovery is 95-102%, 96-104%.
