In this paper,based on the middle altitude tobacco fields in Qujing,Yunnan Province,the indexes of 620 soil samples and 620 corresponding flue-cured tobacco samples(Yunyan 85,C3F)in 9 tobacco-planting areas were determined,and Qujingzhong was analyzed.The relationship between soil p H and nutrient contents,the chemical composition of tobacco leaves after baking,quality characteristics,and the relationship between trace elements and sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco.The main findings are as follows:1.The distribution characteristics of p H and nutrient content in different types of soil in the middle-level tobacco area of Qujing were analyzed.The results show:The soil p H of different soil types in middle altitude tobacco fields in Qujing was negative and flat,and the data were scattered;57.81% of the soil samples were distributed in the optimum p H range.The p H value of purple soil in the three soil types was the highest,with an average of 6.58;followed by paddy soil,with an average of 6.41;red soil p H was relatively low,with an average of 6.35.Different types of soils have different nutrient uptake capacities.The organic matter in the different types of soils in the middle-level tobacco fields of Qujing is similar to the normal distribution,showing positive sharp peaks.The organic matter content in paddy soil and red loam soil is the highest(4.26).±1.04)%,(4.15±1.66)%,purple soil content is low,reaching(2.02±0.83)%,purple soil and paddy soil and red loam soil have significant differences,and there is no significant difference between the latter two.The total status of nutrient contents in different types of soil was statistically analyzed.The contents of total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium,alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen,available phosphorus,and available potassium were(0.18±0.05)%,(0.13±0.06)%,and(1.35±),respectively.0.70)%,(134.61±42.83)mg/kg,(30.16±20.99)mg/kg,(222.38±113.49)mg/kg,and the proportion of samplesfalling within the most suitable range was: 58.13%,29.06%,16.25 %,5.94%,25.94%%,24.69%.The order of total nitrogen,total phosphorus,available phosphorus,and available potassium in the three types of tobacco-planting soils was paddy soil> red loam> purple soil,and the purple soil had significant differences with paddy soil and red loam,but the latter two had no significant difference.The contents of alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen in different types of soil in middle altitude tobacco fields in Qujing are relatively abundant,and the order of their contents is also paddy soil> red loam> purple soil,but the three types of soils show significant differences;the order of total potassium content is Paddy soil>purple soil>red loam soil,red soil and paddy soil and purple soil were significantly different,the latter two had no significant difference.2.Analyzed the chemical composition of roasted tobacco leaves in different types of soils in high altitude tobacco fields in Qujing County.The results showed that:After comparing the conventional chemical constituents of three different types of soils after baking,the content of total sugar,starch,petroleum ether extract,sugar-alkali ratio,and sugar content of purple soil were the highest,and each exhibited(34.10±3.97)%,(5.85±4.11)%,(5.96±0.84)%,(19.04±5.90)%,(9.67±2.83)%,significantly higher than that in red loam soil and paddy soil,the difference between the latter two was not significant;the ratio of reducing sugar and nitrogen-base ratio Also,the maximum values were(24.14±3.65)% and(0.93±0.20)%,respectively,but there was no significant difference among different soil types;purple soil had the smallest total nitrogen,nicotine,and chloride ions and each exhibited(1.57±)0.32)%,(1.93±0.52)%,(0.10±0.08)%,significantly lower than paddy soil and red loam soil,the latter two had no significant difference;paddy soil had the highest potassium content,which was(2.17±0.46)%.Significantly higher than red soil and purple soil,there was no significant difference between the latter two;Potassium chloride ratio was highest in paddy soil,reaching(20.73±16.18)%,followed by purple soil,up to(20.59±7.98)%,and red soil was the lowest,reaching(11.54±10.66)%,red soil is significantly lower than paddy soil and purple soil,and there is no significant difference between the latter two.After comparing the trace elements in the middle leaves of three different types of soil after baking,the calcium content in red soil and purple soil was relatively high,which was(2.07±0.51)% and(1.99±0.69)%,respectively,in paddy soils.The content was relatively low,which was(1.64±0.58)%.The difference between paddy soil,redloam soil and purple soil was significant.The difference between the latter two was not significant.The order of the magnesium content in different soil types was purple soil> red loam soil.> Paddy soil,there was no significant difference among the three;the order of sulfur content in different soil types was purple soil>paddy soil>red loam soil,and the purple soil was significantly different from paddy soil and red soil.There was no significant difference in the latter two.Copper content was the highest in purple soil,followed by red soil,and the lowest in paddy soil,and purple soil had significant differences with red soil and paddy soil.There was no significant difference between the latter two.The order of iron and zinc content in different soil types was high and low.Purple soil>Paddy soil>Red soil,Purple soil and paddy soil had no significant difference,but all had significant difference with red soil.The order of the content of manganese in different soil types was paddy soil> red loam> purple soil.There was no significant difference in soil types;boron content was highest in paddy soil,followed by purple soil,and lowest in red soil,and there was significant difference between paddy soil and purple soil and red soil.There was no significant difference between the latter two;molybdenum content The order of height in different soil types was red loam> paddy soil> purple soil,and there was no significant difference among the three soil types.The contents of volatile acids,volatile alkalis,and petroleum ether extracts in the middle leaves of three different types of soil were compared.Volatile acids were the highest in paddy soils and significantly different from red soil and purple soil;volatile alkalis were different.The order of soil types was red soil>paddy soil>purple soil,and the differences were not significant;the content of petroleum ether extract was the highest in purple soil,followed by paddy soil,the content in paddy soil was low,and purple soil was low.There was significant difference between paddy soil and red loam,but there was no significant difference between the latter two.Comparing the polyphenols in the middle leaves of three different types of soil after baking,the order of the chlorogenic acid and aldosterin in different soil types was paddy soil> red loam> purple soil,and there were differences among the three types.Rutin content was the highest in paddy soil,followed by red soil,but lower in purple soil.Paddy soil had significant differences from red soil and purple soil.There was no significant difference between the latter two groups.3.Analyzed the quality characteristics of tobacco leaves after different types of soil in high altitude tobacco fields in Qujing.The results show:After comparing the sensory qualities of three different types of soils afterroasted,the aroma quality scores purple soil> paddy soil> red soil,but the three soil types have no significant differences;the aroma and aftertaste scores paddy soil>purple soil> red soil,rice Soil is significantly higher than purple soil and red soil,and the difference between the latter two types is not significant;miscellaneous phosphorus,aftertaste and total phosphorus,available potassium,gray and available potassium At a significant level.There was a significant level of aroma and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,and between of tobacco leaves after roasting was the dependent variable,and stepwise linear regression analysis was performed.Regression analysis and correlation analysis results were consistent,and an ideal regression fitting equation could be established.
