Several factors were investigated systematically in the synthesis reaction, which affected the performances of BPF/Resorcin copolymerization epoxy resin and 3,3'-dihydroxyldiphenoxydimethyl silicane , The production were tokened by IR,VIP and LC/MS. The property of blending condensate was investigated and the effects was evaluated, too.The best synthetic condition of BPF/Resorcin copolymerization epoxy resin was the ratio of BPF and Resorcin was 20:80,etherealization temperature was 80℃ and time was 5hrs? closed loop temperature was 60℃,the speed of adding alkali was 4g/10min.The best synthetic condition of 3, 3'-dihydroxyldiphenoxydimethyl silicane was : the ratio of Resorcin and Dimethydiethoxysilicane was 2.4:1,the dosage of catalyst sodium was 0.5%, alcoholysis temperature was 110℃ and time was 11hrs.The curing systems and curing condition were studied systematically with 2E4MZ accelerating DICY, which affected the property of BPF/Resorcin copolymerization epoxy resin condensate.And the best curing systems and the best curing craft was that the copolymerization epoxy resin with the ratio of BPF/ Resorcin 20:80, 2E4MZ was 4%,DICY was 6%, and curing temperature was 110℃,curing time was 3hrs. The result suggested the property of BPF/Resorcin copolymerization epoxy resin was better than BPF epoxy resin. The viscosity was 2.1 pa.s, which was decreased 42%,the Tg of the condensate was 165℃, which increase 20℃; and the intension of drawing was 102.3MPa, which increase 27% than the unmodified resin.But the intension of blending was 113.6MPa, which lower 18 %.The property of blending condensate of BPF epoxy resin with 3,3'-dihydroxyldiphenoxydimethyl silicane were researched , and BPF/Resorcin copolymerization epoxy resin with 3,3'-dihydroxyldiphenoloxydimethyl silicane were researched, too.The result suggested when 3,3'-dihydroxyldiphenoxydimethyl silicane modified BPF epoxy resin, the property of blending condensate was better when their ratio is 4:100,the intension of drawing and blending were 97.8MPa and 167.4MPa,which increase 17% and 21%. When 3, 3'-dihydroxyldiphenoxydimethyl silicane modified BPF/Resorcin copolymerization epoxy resin,the property of blending condensate was better when their ratio is 6:100, theintension of drawing and blending were 104.34MPa and 132.09MPa,which increase 16.9% and 19.36%.And it were found that both flexural modulus and thermal expansion coefficient below Tg(CET) were reduced compared with the unmodified epoxy resin.As a result, the internal stress was decreased and the crack resistance was improved.But Tg was decreased little.
