The UV cationic cure conditions of El2epoxy resin were studied, the results showed that the curing coating had excellent physical and chemical properties which with4%cationic initiator and exposure in UV for60s with the temperature of135℃. And on this basis, the UV-curable curing of cationic copolymerization between the epoxy resin E51and E12, phenolic epoxy resin EOCN6850and E12/E51,4-hydroxyl vinyl butyl ether and E12/E51were further studied. The structure of these copolymer were characterized by FTIR and temperature of glass transition of copolymer were measured by DSC and tested the mechanical properties, the results showed that the UV curing cationic copolymerization had reacted and the coat had balance property between impact performance and hardness through the UV curing cationic copolymerization. This article also synthesized several kinds of epoxy acrylate with different contents of acrylic. And studied it’s free radical/cationic hybrid UV-cured. The structure of curing coating were characterized by FTIR and temperature of glass transition of copolymer was measured by DSC, and the mechanical properties were tested, the results showed that these coating’s physical and chemical properties were affected by the system’s reaction rate which were not coordinated.
