In this paper, external parameters such as pore structure of the anthracite coal of Songzao and coke coal sample of Zhongliangshan respectively mensurated by ASAP2010. The relationship between some external parameters such as pore structure and granularity coal samples of Songzao and coal sample of Zhongliangshan has been discussed. Using duodenary alkyl sodium, cid-alkali modification, the performance of coal sample has been modified and the coal samples surface data has been discussed. The experiment that ZCM and ZCMC and SZMC and activated carbon for methane from N2 is enforced by using The Press Swing Adsorption has been done. According to the experiment data and the condition of experiment, The nonlinear kinetic model has been in isothermal condition, which isothermal adsorption model is described by BET adsorption isothermal equation, and can be done by MATLAB software. In the experiment, the typical lowly reactive anthracite of Songzao colliery and coal sample of Zhongliangshan are respectively used to crush and filtrated, and the structural characters of the coal sample are characterized. This paper studies the relationship between some external parameters such as hole structure and granularity. It is indicated that the hole volume, utmost volume and BET area of the two coal samples will be increased with the granularity minishing.. The relative external area and the distributing of hole volume will also be change with granularity. We can find the relationship between granularity and fractal dimension of surface by seeking fractal dimension of surface of each granularity of coal sample and It is indicated that the relationship is not in evidence. Using duodenary alkyl sodium, cid-alkali modification,the performance of coal sample whose granularity is bigger than 40 be modified. The exterior surface Functional group of Zhongliangshan coal sample will be changed by adopting cid-alkali chemic modification. The acidic solute and alkaline solute will be eliminated, so that can increase the adsorptive ability of methane and azote. Especially, the adsorptive capacity of CH4 will be increased observably. On the other hand, by using duodenary alkyl sodium, the surface nonpolarity of Songzao coal sample will be increased, acidic composing will be decreased and can also increase the adsorptive ability of methane and azote. Adopting the reconstructive coal sample, and using Press Swing Adsorption enrichment coalseam method, the simulate methane can be separated. The result indicated that for low concentration methane, reconstructive Zhongliangshan coal sample of cid-alkali modification can make the concentration of CH4 in mixture from 21.60% to 53.04% by once cycle, and Songzao coal sample can also make it from 19.96% to 37.32%.and activated carbon can make the mimic coalseam gas of about 30.75% methane up to methane of about 59.52%. It is indicated that Zhongliangshan coal sample of cid-alkali modification excelled than activated carbon on enrichment of coalseam methane by pressure swing adsorption By doing penetrability experiment of reconstructive Zhongliangshan coal sample under different velocity of flow, breakthrough curve of adsorptive pole can be obtained..According to breakthrough data and experimental condition, a nonlinear kinetic model under isothermal condition can be built. This model can be done by MATLAB7.0 software, and the analysis result is inosculate with experimental data primarily.
