| This text discourse on the development of sludge reduction and land utilization。From the point of view of production and practicability and combining the plant practice about producing of Zhengrunzhou Wastwate Treatment Plants,Zhenjiang,this text make a series of test in laboratory and a series of demonstrating,and discuss the measure of reducing the cubage of sludge。The text study on the elect of the polymeric flocculants apply to adjusting sludge quality in wastwate treatment plants and on the operation parameters of the first zymolysis phase in the course of dewatered natural aeration sludge composting。Main conclusions are as followes: 1. The measure of laying the flocculants in the continuously flow pond in which sludg was concentrated by gravitation may accelerate the separating of sludge solid and liquid in the pond,it make the cubage of the pond be utilized effectively。The experimentation indicated that laying the kation flocculants of acyl-polypropylene in the sludge mix-liquor could shorten the 1/3 time of sludge concentrating and reduced the 1/5 cubage of sludge。2. This plant run well when the kation acyl-polypropylene flocculants CP8647 of certain company was used for adjusting sludge quality。The average wastage of flocculants was 2.12kg/t DS and the average cost of flocculants was 76.32yuan/t DS in the course of runing。Which polymeric flocculants was highly adapt to the various sludge which changed with the changing of season。3. The following measure are aviable in this plant while using the dewatered raw sludge composting:(1)It is unnecessary to adjust pH of sludge;(2)Through nature air-drying to reduce the water in the sludge,it requires about 10 days time which make the rate of containing water in sludge down from 75% to 66% or less。(3)To dewatered raw sludge composting, may be additive to amendment the rate of containing water in sludge of admixture and the rante of the lacuna inter admixture。The quality scale of the bulrush stalk and the sludge is appropriate from 1:10 to 1:8。(4)When the height of admixture is about 70cm,the natural aeration is a viable to aerobic composting for stabilizing sludge。(5)Because the organism quantity of the dewatered raw sludge of this plant is only 30%,it is needed to actualize the sludge aerobic (high-temperature) composting which by adding the matter of decomposing easily by animalcule as "priming"for example dextrose powder into the admixture。4. When the sludge was utilizated in land after composting, it is a viable measure which producing the organic-inorganic multiplex-fertilizer by using the sludge compost。As the sludge of Zhengrunzhou Wastwate Treatment Plants,zhenjiang,the organism in sludge is lower and the average quantity of heavy metal arseni(cAs)which is 120mg/kgDS is excess than the max-permissibility of the sludge agro-utilization standard which is 75mg/kgDS。Then the dewatered raw sludge compost should not apply to the food cycle plant while can apply to the plant such as the garden plant,lawn grass,tree,road virescence plant and so on。Or the dewatered raw sludge compost could be utilized as former soil of planting the plant other than food cycle plant。...
