In the urban sewage treatment process, it contains a lot of bacteria formed micellescontain organic and inorganic aggregates under the bottom-municipal sludge. Indiscriminatedischarge of the sludge without treatment caused serious pollution on the environment.Therefore, for large-scale, complex composition of sludge treatment and disposal, so thatreduction, stabilization, harmless, resources, has become the target of the study. In this study,we regard wet air oxidation technology as the core, and processed the urban sludgesystematically.In this study, we treated the sewage sludge of Dongda sewage treatment plant with wetair oxidation method in Dalian City, a comprehensive study of all the factors, theestablishment of a municipal sludge treatment. This approach is characterized by simple, lowoperating cost, small footprint and so on. After treatment sludge reached the sludge reduction,sterilization harmless, tasteless and no secondary pollution and recycling requirements.We inspected the effects of reaction ratio, reaction time, reaction temperature of processparameters on the solid-liquid sludge treatment. Experiments to determine the optimumconditions for the sludge quality was200g, solid-liquid ratio of10:3, the reaction time was45min, the reaction temperature was200℃, speed was120r/min. After the determination ofthe parameters of the sludge reached the expected reaction experiment, reached aftertreatment sludge reduction, harmless, resource purposes. Treated sludge was about10%moisture content, organic matter content was about18%, pH value increased to around8,dropped significantly heavy metal content. For the organic matter content of the sludge afterthe treatment, we improved the standard of land improvement. We can add bran, straw waysto supplement their organic content to fulfill agricultural sludge.We explored the effect of treatment on effluent COD and COD of sludge processed.After oxidation treatment sludge and effluent COD value increased, enhancedbiodegradability. All of above demonstrated the feasibility of our design process. Alsoinvestigated the sludge and treated sludge filtration, confirmed after the adoption of theexperimental treatment, to improve the properties of the sludge.By planting wheat experiment, from the perspective of proven resources to add anappropriate proportion of treated sludge in the soil, can effectively promote crop to grow.
