Pusher furnace is an important part of one roughing mill and four-stand tandem mill production line and it is on a vital position of aluminum strip hot tandem mill. The transporting system is significant to ensure the formal operation of the pusher furnace, heating quality and improvements on products efficiency. This issue is mainly focus on the transporting system of the pusher furnace in one rough mill and four-stand tandem mill of SWA. Firstly, the main equipments and transporting process of the system have been analyzed, compared and selected, then confirmed the heating and transporting process and transporting system. Based on the situation, pusher device, ender, extraction device of transporting system have been systematically analyzed and compared, then the main technical data and structural form were confirmed. The structure analysis and strength calculation were carried on the main parts of the pusher furnace according to the techniques in dynamics, materials and limitation element fields etc., also the main parts were optimized based on calculation. The electrical control system and hydraulic system were analyzed and designed by the automatic control, fluid control and hydraulic theory.
