Energy is an important substance, and our life and production can not be on without energy. All of our activities are closely correlative with energy. With the development of our country's economy, the quantity of energy requirement will be bigger and bigger. Now, our country has become one of the countries which the energy-using is highest, because the speed of energy-exhausted is faster than the speed of economy increase. High energy-exhausted not only wastes the energy, but also brings a series of serious pollution, which is not accord with the development points of our country's economic. So we must solve the problem of the energy utilization.In the process of energy exploitation and utilization, thermal energy is the important proportion of energy, and the utilization of each kinds of the energy is correlative with thermal energy. So thermal energy engineering holds the balance degree in the process of the solving energy problem. At the pharmacetic industry, thermal energy and electric energy are mostly forms of the energy-exhausted. But in the product process of Chinese traditional medicine, especially the liquid materia medica, the concentration of liquid maceria medica is an important craft course. In the few years, in Chinese traditional medicine concentration system, enterprises are short of attention on the utilization of the energy. So it is significant to analysis the thermo-economic performance and optimization of the concentrate-system of Chinese traditional medicine.To analysis the thermo-economic performance and optimization of the concentrate-system of Chinese traditional medicine, we not only can find out the problem that energy be exhausted, but also can direct the energy conversion. In this paper, two typical concentrate systems of Chinese traditional medicine have been analyzed by energy analytical method, and in base of this, concentrate systems of Chinese traditional medicine have been analyzed by exergy analysis. Compared the thermal economic performance single effect concentrate system with double effect concentrate system, the energy utilization of concentrate system is estimated reasonably. In the end, the influence of the concentrate systems is determined and analyzed.Finally the effect its exergy efficiency of the dirted beat exchanger in double effect concentrate system has been calculated and analyzed. By means of testing and analysis, the result proved that the double effect concentrate system's exergy efficiency is lower than the single effect concentrate system's, meanwhile, the double effect concentrate system utilizes the excess heat, so the double effect concentrate system saves energy better than the single effect concentrate system. In addition, by testing and analyzing the influence the efficiency of the dirted heat exchanger's exergy efficiency, finds out the reqularity of influence that dirted heat exchanger effect its exergy efficiency, and provides the evidence for equipment operation and maintenance.The research in the paper has expanded and proved at the present situation of energy utilization for concentrate system of Chinese traditional medicine, and which can be laid the foundation of rationale for energy conservation of Chinese traditional pharmacy industry.
