With increasing of the thrust mass ratio of aeroengine, silica based ceramic core can not adapt to molding condition of eutectic crystal and advance single crystal blade. Alumina ceramic core has good metallurgical chemical stability, creep resistant property, can warrant size accuracy, percent of pass of complex lumen single crystal and column crystal blade and decrease cost of fabrication,using Alumina ceramic core can adapt to molding condition of eutectic crystal and advance single crystal blade. But the leaching speed can not meet industrial production presently, so factor that affect leaching speed under normal pressure and high pressure is investigated. The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) A set of pressure core leach equipment was developed,it is verified through experiment that it can meet core leach technics requirement.(2) Effect of composites and microstructure on normal pressure core leach was investigated,the size precision of the lumen and good teachability can be assured when amount of active additives is 13%;good leachability can be ensured when porosity factor be controlled higher than 35%; the core mixed by machine has good leachability than by manual.(3) Effect of leaching parameter on core leach was investigated, core leach pressure must greater than 3 atm, relatively better leachability can be reached by vacuumizing; the once boiling time with alkali should be smaller than 4h,higher pressure or vacuum should be applied at the same time.
