The Mechanical Analysis On Impact Cutting Process Of Coal

In my paper the mechanical properties on the impact cutting process of the coal are analyzed, and stress field inner coal is simulated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA when a blade impact coal.First, physical and mechanical characteristics of coal and ground pressure on the coal wall are studied . These features are used on the impact cutting coal . Then, the mechanical peculiarity on the impact cutting process of the coal are analyzed by mechanics of elasticity and dynamics of impact . The model of impact fracture is set up, and the mechanism forming compaction core is discussed. Propagation law of stress wave in the coal, reflection and refraction law at stress wave reaching interface and interference law are studied. Finally, stress field in the coal is simulated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA when a blade impact coal, and two kinds of the result of numerical simulation and theoretical analysis are compared. The coal will breakat the place of drawing stress concentrated when the quality and velocity are certain.
