Nowadays, a low proportion of sewage management and a large quantity of draining contamination make for the water polluted severely, especially, the eutrophication be more and more outstanding. In this way, the controlling of water pollution is a necessitous and long-term task before us. Household sewage holds a more and more great proportion in sewage, the discharging of it disperse increasingly, and a large proportion of household sewage can not be brought into the system of collecting. The dispersive household sewage is discharged without any processing because of lacking of a good management, then, the pollution of ground water circumstance and the destruction of the water zoology become extrusive gradually.Whether the dispersive household sewage can be managed successfully, and whether we can find a new technology with a higher efficiency and a lower devotion on the sewage, all the problems, directly, are related to the elevation of the standard of living, the status of the environment, and the tactic of the sustainable development. To make the dispersive household sewage discharged up to par and achieve the target of sewage disposal, researching and developing a technology with a function of phosphorus and nitrogen removal is an important item that needs to solve exigently at the present.Based on a large-range study on the arts and crafts of the sewage management, and an integrated analysis about the mechanism of phosphorus and nitrogen removal, a good mode is brought forward, that is, anaerobic- aerobiotic- anaerobic technology.By research on the start-up of aerobiotic pool, the result shows that YCDT filling can finish bio-film growth within 2 weeks. The processing of the start-up of aerobiotic pool is accomplished, until the steady CODCr and NH3-N removal.In the experiment of aeration by falling, the result shows that when the falling is within 1600mm, falling and DO have a line relation: y = 0.0006x+0.5829With the experimentation of the integrated craftwork circulated, CODCr, SS, TN reach the integrated discharging standard I of the sewage (GB8978-1996) , TP reach the integrated discharging standard II of the sewage (GB8978-1996) , the managing system holds a good effect on purify the life sewage.
