| Putouhua reservoir has entered development period of moderate, high water-cut stage in the east of Daqing Outside Oil Field, how to use new technique to enhance oil recovery of this kind of oil field has become an important task that we must resolve at present. Enhanced oil recovery of microorganism oil recovery is received in the oil industry with the advantages of low cost, powerful adaptability, simple construction, harmless reservoir and no-pollution. Microorganism oil recovery that hydrocarbon is regarded as carbon source mainly use biogenic agency and biochemical action of it for enhancing oil recovery, that is to say, we depend on it that use heavy hydrocarbon component of crude oil as carbon source in the oil layer for improving quality of crude oil through its grow, metabolism and breed. But the problem of whether choiced germs grow and breed in the layer, and metabolic product affectively improve flowability of crude oil, how its biochemical action use remaining oil, and we choice optimum time that low permeable oil field use microorganism oil recovery technique, and so on, is the key to deployment of the technique. On the basis of lab physical simulation test, this paper researches law of effect, grow, breed and migration between microorganism and crude oil in the porous medium and influences of the technique on enhanced oil recovery; explores reasonable concentration, volume, time and injected way of microorganism oil recovery technique based oneself on numerical simulation research; at the meantime, we develop field experiment of microorganism oil recovery in Songfangtun Oil Field, combined reservoir physical characteristics, structural property, remaining oil distribution of oil field, and so on, analyze good law and characteristic of test well group, preliminarily explore adaptability of microorganism oil recovery for different reservoir oil wells, point out development and use perspectives of the technique in the oil field. |
