The laser cutting technique is the heating function that makes use of the high energy density laser beam makes material gasify, melted or violent oxidize to carry on cutting of method, it is one kind of automation cutting methods that can carry out high accuracy and high speed , it has the extensive development prospect. There are many factors that affect the cutting quality and efficiency , for example, the laser output power, the air pressure, the speed, the focus position , the material thickness and characteristic, even the environment etc.. How to raise the quality and efficiency is an important topic. This thesis is focus on theories and experiment researching for key factors which affected laser cutting quality and efficiencies, all the data coming from experiment on BYSPRINT 3015 laser machine. By the experiment of single factor, it acquired the influence regulation between the different craft parameter with cutting quality and efficiency. In the base of many factors orthogonal experiment, The formula which determining the influence to cutting the square distance of the experience of the quantity and productivity are acquired. The result showed, that the output power of the laser, cutting speed, the air pressure and the material thickness etc. are the main factors that influence the quality and efficiencies, and the complete, systematic craft parameter of laser cutting are acquired by thisresearch, it' s the significant meaning for actual manufacture in practice. It obtained the good on-site result after the thesis research result applied in practice, made the operators avoid former blindness setting of the parameter in cutting by practicing correct and experimental research result. The research dramatically raises the cutting quality and productivity.
