As the novel organic material, the Electric Conducting Polymers have been wildly used in the field of microelectronics. The conducting mechanism of the π-conjugated conducting polymers is analysed in this paper. The existing problem and research direction of patterning synthesis by the π-conjugated conducting polymers are also reviewed. In this paper, integrated micro-systems are being realized with the advent of custom microsensors devices and application-specific integrated circuit chips. The relationship between electrochemical synthesis and redox behaviors of polyaniline(PAni) and the electrolyte solution composition has been studied by cyclic voltammetry (CV) method. The effects of the concentrations of aniline monomer, inorganic acids and salts on the nucleation and growth mechanism and electroactivity of polyaniline are studied in detail. The process of electrochemical deposition and the morphology of obtained deposits of polyaniline film is studied in combination with SEM and FTIR characterization. The result shows that very smooth conducting polyaniline film can be obtained by cyclic voltammetry method. The conventional electrochemical device is designed, constructed and adjusted. The paper also investigates the advantages of the device. The device of patterning of polyaniline film on the stainless steel surface has the merits that the interesting areas are selectable with high resolution by micro-tip electrochemical method. This method is suit to many kinds of fabricated samples, therefore it demonstrates very strong potential in the field of microsystems. This paper presents the SEM image of six obvious deposition dot and discusses the essential principle and experimental skills of the patterning of polyailine film. All the achievements above establish the strong foundation to the study on the patterning of polyaniline film by electrochemical method.
