The Design And Research About Butt Welder Of Steel's System

This paper mainly focuses on butt welder of streel , The design and research of a system of butt welder of steel. According to the improvement of the disadvantages of the butt welder of steel in the market at present, this paper put forward some new idea and solving method , in order to promote the new technology and new theory in the promotion and application of the industry of the butt welder industry.The system is making use of 8031 singlechip to control four processes of mutual welding of reinforcing steel bar . The first and the second process control causing arc and melting. The third process is pressing time. The last process is heating preservation. This design improve on conventional arc welding power supply, by frequency conversion to reduce the bulk of arc welding power supply, which make the whole system using much more convenience.Mutual welding machine has two work fashions: automatism and manual. It can jointing Φ14—Φ32 millimeter reinforcing steel bar which is made in our country or import. When machine work at automatism, welding parameter may be present automatically, the whole processes of welding are controlled by singlechip. To nonstandard reinforcing steel bar may be welded and set up all kinds of parameter by hand. In the course of welding, display screen will display current welding voltage and the diameter of welding reinforcing steel bar, and the display screen is refurbished once every other 0. 5second. After welding finished, system will cut off automatically welding power supply. Sound and light give an alarm three seconds to remind operator.In the design of the automatic system and the research process, the fuzzy algorithm is analysed and studied, we use MAtlab as the tool to imiate and analyse the controlled objected. Finally, the paper generliaze the advantages and the disadvantages of the system, and we popose the further modified assumption according to the developing trend of the new technology.
