The Analysis And Simulation Of A Sartorial Looper Mechanism

Based on the innovative design of sartorial looper mechanism for Dalian DaFuJi Sewing Machine Co.Ltd.The original mechanism with planar mechanism and spatial mechanism is analyzed. After the kinematic model is set up for the original mechanism, the planar part and the spatial part which has a spheric pair and a sphere-pin pair are analyzed and the veracity of analyze is conformed by using dynamic simulation software.According to the characteristic of original mechanism, a new spatial mechanism with pairs of RCCC is presented by means of the adaptive curve fitting approaches to mechanism synthesisIn the same way, a new spatial mechanism, which was used to replace the original mechanism, is analyzed. Then, the relation of the input and output motion of new mechanisms is obtained and proved by using CAD software to simulate new mechanisms.By comparing the analyzed results of original mechanism and new mechanism, the feasibility of a new blue print is acknowledged. According to the manufacturing requirement, a new spatial mechanism is eventually presented to carry out the compound spatial motion for the machine.In a word, using a spatial mechanism to replace original mechanism, which has planar mechanism and spatial mechanism, is feasible.
