The Research On The Collecting Of Acid Mist In The Long Acid-washed Flume

The collecting of acid mist in the long acid-washed flume is an important content for the acid mist disposal in the industry.Because of the weak foundamental theories in this field,the even collecting of the acid mist is still a very difficult question.This paper constructs a maths-calculating model based on the engineering item by using the old foundamental theories and the experiments,solving the big question that using the least energy gains the best effect of collecting for the acid mist.Meanwhile we check out this model by using the software- FLUENT.The answer is almost the same with the answer of calculating by the model.This model presents a good solution for the rational design of the long acid-washed flume in the industry.
