After transaction in circuits, the data is sent to processor for analysis and processing. The data processed is displayed on the LCD display screen.using the keyboard to setting the parameters,after the analysis of the sensors acuiredata the monitoring system control the electromagnetism valve. When needed, alerting signal could be sent and the power of emulsion pump could be cut off. And will protect the Pump.this monitoring also can save the trouble records that had happened,and user can easily check the record and do more research. The monitoring control will come true.The thesis first analyses the demand of the system, confirms system function goals and required performance, then puts forward the designing overall frame and divides function modules. Then the emphasis is put on hardware design, software programming. It is discussed that the S3C44B0X and it's peripheral circuits, multichannel data acquisition circuit, LCD display screen circuit, keyboard circuit, save circuit design and the software design of these modules.
