Abstract/Summary:
With the development of the petroleum industry,the screw pump lifting system has become one of the main methods for domestic oil field exploitation.However,due to the large number of different distances between oil wells and scattered locations,it requires a large amount of people to regularly monitor the operation of oil wells.When an oil well is abnormal,it often fails to detect faults in time,which may result in some major losses.Therefore,in order to observe the working condition of the oil pump in real time,and to provide timely warning in the event of an abnormality,this paper designed and implemented a low-power remote pump real-time data acquisition system based on the GPRS network.The specific work is as follows:Firstly,this paper combines the actual working conditions of oilfield screw pump wells,studies the key technologies in the remote monitoring system,and designs the overall architecture of the system according to the actual requirements and design principles of the system.The entire system consists of three levels,which are the operating condition parameter acquisition layer,data transmission control layer and working condition monitoring and analysis layer.Through three levels of collaborative work,real-time monitoring of oil pump conditions can be realized.Secondly,through the research and analysis of existing methods for diagnosis of working condition of screw pump wells and low-power processing methods for embedded systems,the types of operating parameters that need to be acquired during the monitoring of working conditions of the system are determined and a low-power processing scheme based on the microcontroller STM32F103 chip is designed.At the same time,the core chip selection,hardware circuit design and software program preparation were implemented for the power supply module,acquisition module and data transmission module involved in the system.A battery-powered,low-power GPRS wireless remote well condition monitoring system was implemented.Finally,through actual tests at industrial sites,the system designed in this paper is capable of reliable data acquisition and transmission,monitor well conditions in real time,and maintaining system power consumption at a very low level,ensuring that the system can run long-term with battery power.The system designed in this paper meets the industrial production requirements.
