Wastewater of LCIC whose components are complex and deep yellow, contains much difficult to biodegrade fragrant hydrocarbon organic matter, and belongs to toxic, high-concentration and organic chemical-industrial wastewater. In long run, the effluent of it cannot reach the criteria of LCIC, so it made the qualification rate of total effluents in wastewater treatment plant low.In response to the characteristics of this wastewater quality, the uncertainty of organic chemical-industrial wastewater, the present treatment situation and problems, on base of investigation and exploratory bench-test, the study establishes and develops the mode of this kind of wastewater treatment by deoxidization-hydrolyzation-SBR combined process through intrducing Fe-C&Fe~2+/Fe~3+ system and hydrolyzation system, at the same time enlarges the kinds and range of wastewater by SBR process.What's more, the industrial test are carried out, and the study has proven its assumption, summarizes the biodegradability, the reaction mechanism and typical microbe of the adopted deoxidization-hydrolyzation-SBR process, ensures the kinetics of treatment and the process and technological parameters of the process.The research results manifest: the treated wastewater by deoxidization-hydrolyzation-SBR treatment process reaches the first grade in the sewage complex discharge standard of the state (GB8978-1996). Besides, the process has the excellence such as improving biodegradability, operating stably, manipulating simply and low operation investment expense and so on.The research conclusion provides necessarily process operating parameters, reasonable technological plan for physico-biological process, resolves the long-term difficulty in LCIC and has great significance to preserve the sustainable development of industrial economy and environment, at the same time to make the environment protection cause go on wheels.
