Flotation separation of casseritite polymettalic sulfide is investigated in this paper. Flotation action and reagents of three metal (lead line iron) sulfide mineral is discussed. Based on the sulfides flotation theory, experiments are done to the metal sulfides processed in Chehe Dressing Plant China Tin Group.Experiment about flotation characteristics of amesonite, marmatite and pyrrhppite are done. According to the result, we can select suitable collection and reagents to inhibit iron minerals .for the separation of lead Zinc minerals Small-scale experiments of flotation separation of lead and antimony minerals .The experiment include the select of compound reagents and inhibition reagents ,the design of the flotation process. And then we can get the process of the small-scale experiment of flotation.Based on the analysis of flotation theory. We can do research on mineral concentratioa We use new reagent and proper process to finish scale test and apply it to actual production. Characteristics of the new technology are the following: adopting new reagent rule according to flotation theory, high efficient separation between amesonite(Ag) and fine iron sulfide mineral in product, Using compound reagents to dispose slime mineral and fine pyrrhppite and get high quality lead and antimonyconcentration. Practice shows that new technologies can improve the index of mineral concentration and huger economic benefit than old technology.
