Research of non-cyanogen flotation separation of multi-metal (stannum, lead, antimony, iron) processed in Chehe dressing plant is investgeted inthis paper. Flotation of the three pure sulfide minerals (named amesonite, marmatite and pyrrhppite) used different regeants, is discussed as to know how the useful part is separated from the ore. The flotation behavior of the three minerals is that in low pH value they have good buoyancy,while in high pH value they have bad buoyancy. Cu2+ can activate marmatite . Eh of pulp has great effect on the buoyancy of them. New inhibition regeants named CSU-1 can inhibitmarmatite buoyancy. In high pH value and low Eh, use lot of calcareousness, marmatite can separated from pyrrhppite easily in their concentrate mixture.Process of flotation of acture ore is the following: firstly, adding Na2CO3, ZnSO4, CSU-1 to the pulp while grinding, and thus in this condition of low Eh, marmatite is inhibited; Secondly, adding CSU-1 to the pulp out of grinding machine, then amesonite and iron sulfur mineral can be flotated using diethyldithiocarbamate as collector; High quality lead and antimony concentrate can be got by adding CSU-1 and calcareousness; Lastly, marmatite is flotated by adding calcareousness, CuSO4, xanthe, and D-250 to get zinc concentrate.Novel technology of non-cyanogen flotation is adapted in Chehe Dressing Plant.It can solve the separation of lead and antimony sulfide mineral and iron sulfide mineral, and also solve the separation of marmatite and pyrrhppite. Quantityof element in Pb and Sb concentrate is following: Pb 26.65%, Sb 21.70%, Zn 3.94%, As 1.18%,Fe 9.89%.Quantityof element in zinc concentrate: Zn49.11%. Non-cyanogen flotation adapted in Chehe Dressing Plant successfully is feasible.
