Molecular imprinting is a research method of functional polymer developed in recent several decades. The selective recognition of polymers to the template molecule is obtained through the "memory effect" of the cavities in the polymer which are formed during the polymerization process to the template used. Significant progresses have been received in the application in the areas as chiral separation, artifical antibody, sensor and catalysis. In this paper,The molecularly imprinted polymer with persantin and XF as template molecule were prepared by molecular imprinting technique using α-methacrylic acid as a functional monomer and EGDMA and reformative silica gel as cross-linker. In the first experiment. The influence factors for elution efficiency, such as raw material ratios, fore-reaction time and reaction time etc are discussed in detail. The results show that the polymer has the highest elution efficiency when raw material mole ratios(n(Persantin): n (MMA): n (EGDMA)) was 1:8:80; The adsorption efficiency and selectivity were investigated, the imprinted polymer had higher adsorption efficiency and higher selectivity compared to the blank polymer which had the same chemical composition. The second, the molecularly imprinted polymer which diameter is about 50μm was prepared by noumenon polymerization technique. Researched its sop character, and then adulterated it with PVA. Fabricate film which distend in water. Researched the sop character and the process of release XF. The result showed that it has good release character and be applicable.
