Study On The Present Situation Of Wetland Resources In Tianjin And Their Sustainable Utilization

Wetland, which is a independent ecosystem to have special function, ocean and forest are called the three greatest ecosystems. The eco-function of wetland cannot be substituted in both of harmonic development of person and nature and sustainable development of social and economy. In recent years, along with the economic development and society progress, people pay more attention to wetland itself and the protection of wetland ecosystem. Because of the artificial and natural influence, the area of wetland in Tianjin has rapidly reduced.Therefore, enhancing the protection of wetland is urgent. Up to now, the systematic study on protection and reasonable exploitation of Tianjin wetland did not see report.Through investigating the resources of Tianjin wetland and analyzing the developing trend, this thesis expounds the problems that exist in the protection of Tianjin wetland. They are as following,accelerative land development and irrational utilization, the confusion catches and excessive development of biomass, the changes of wetland ecosystem by pollution, the descent of biology variety index, the management organization and system on wetland are not sanity, the funds of protection and management isn't included in government finance plan . etc. Aiming at the above problems and joining together with the development foreground of ecosystem construction of Tianjin city, this thesis puts forward the strategy that the protection and reasonable exploitation of Tianjin wetland should be divided to two stages. In the first stage ,the focal includes three aspects. They are as following ,the descended trend of wetland area, which is caused by people, is basically suppressed. The building of wetland resources sanctuary is accelerated. The demonstration districts of instauration and the reasonable exploitation of degenerate wetland are established. In the second stage, more perfect, science and norm system of wetland protection and management is established. Tianjin wetland and its biology variety get basically valid protection. At the same time, because of making deteriorated wetlands get instauration in different degrees, wetland can obviously play the role of its ecologic, economic and social benefit. The following three ways are key path to protect wetland resources. One is enacting the local law on wetland protective. Two is establishing effective wetland management mechanism. Three is formulating homologous policy on wetland instauration and protection. It is an important path that can resume the function of wetland ecosystem to extend wetland science studies and to apply monitoring technology. It is a basic path that can realize sustainable development of Tianjin wetland resources to scientifically use wetland resource and to establish the ecological mechanism of applying water. Centering on the strategy and development paths, this thesis puts forward a few of measures and suggestions.Other relative researches of this explicitly account for the present situation of reseources of Tianjin wetland.They make up for the insufficiency of the basic data on the resources of Tianjin wetland.Moreover,they provide the strategic basis for the protection and sustainable development of the wetland resources in Tianjin area.And they bear great importance for building a scientific,standard administrative system on wetland protection.
