Study On The Ultragrind And The Physical Properties Of The Natural Wollastonite About Faku

The reserve is rich and the quality is very good from Faku of natural wollastonite.There are twelve enterprises for production wollastonite in the county.For a long time ,most of mines only sold common powder made by reymond mill and the matural work fine choosen mines as the commerical ores.The product is simple and poor for market competition.So the enterperises must develop themselves by deep process.The main path of deep process is to ultragrind the original and coarse ores of wollastonite .In this paper ,the primary research is about the ultragrinding of Faku natural wollastonite product .The ultragrinding equipments include the reymond mill,planet ballmill,stired mill,The grinding work carried on the grinding experiment by different carft parameters.By contrasting the grind effection and different craft parameters for several equipments,we can get the affection on the paticle size and the length -diameter ratio . Conclude the length-diameter ratio of the reymond mill wollastonite production is higher,but the paticle size is big。 The wollastonite ultrafine powder made by planet ballmill and stired mill can achieve it,but the length-diameter ratio is lower,stired mill is better than planet ballmill on grind effect.And the physical properties and comprehensive properties of Faku natural wollastonite original ore and made powder are tested and analysed,which provide scientific proof for the production practice and product exploited.
