Research On Data Acquisition And Processing In Pneumatic Measurement System For Hole Honing

It is research on research on data acquisition and processing in pneumatic measurement system for hole honing. based on analysis of the requirement and working conditions in pneumatic measurement in honing, it is studied about collect data set and the question of data and processing. The new methods are presented about data requirement and method of calculation. The question of data processing is studied by systematized way based on the study of the original. The function is improved in pneumatic measurement system.A novel concept to estimate the shape of inner hole in course of honing is presented in this paper. Based on analysis of machining condition, five sections measuring model is established in process pneumatic measurement system for inner hole honing. It used matrix algorithms to simplify judging process about inner hole shape. And it improves the accuracy of machining area in inner hole. The method and principle are elaborated in this article. Program module was designed and written for experiment. And the experimental data show that the measuring model is feasibleIt use simplified slope to processing data by some experience formula of accuracy in course of machining at the reversal point. Based on three sections shape judged, the machining at the reversal point is detailed discussion and research. The reversing point calculation formula is presented in every hole pattern. And the reversing point is accurate in this theory.Flow charts were designed for main program and subroutine based on the principle and characteristics the way of three section, five sections and simplified slope.
