Through the research on the relationship between the state of the equipment and the operational condition of this technological process, we should give full play to the function of the mechanic equipment, improve the efficiency, save the energy, reduce the consumption, lower the operational cost and provide the theory support to raise the automatic level of the technological operation of sewage treatment in an all-round way. This article takes the mud cycle pump, helical rotary pump and blower of East Sewage Treatment Plant as the example to explain the relation between the state of the equipment and the operational condition of the technological process. The operating condition point of centrifugal refers to the joint point of resistance curve of pipe line and characteristic curve of pump. We always adopt the methods just as change the vane wheel, cut the vane wheel, alter the revolution of pump, stop the switch, and dam the streams to adjust operating condition point. In the practical operation, through long-term inspection we find the operating condition point of mud cycle pump gradually deviate from the best point due to wear and tear and corrosiveness. The reduction of mud flow directly influence the result of warming to mud, lower the digestion temperature of the mud in the digestion pool so as to give the passive effect to the production rate of gas. In view of this situation we should take the directed measure to ensure the smooth operation of this technology in the early period of wear and tear and corrosiveness of mud cycle pump. When the flow reduce to below 220m3/h, we couldn't satisfy the requirements of the technology by adjust temperature, so the vane wheel need to be changed in time. Both the structure of pipe and power lines of inlet pump and that of out pump could exert some negative impacts to characteristic of helical rotary pump. So change the degree of openness of out pump will attain the aim to change the feature parameter of pump in some extents. Due to the high efficiency of pump, this method can be used as a means for helical rotary pump to change the operational points. During the early period of wear and tear, we could widen exit valve to raise the flow, when the valve widen to completely open state, the flow still couldn't satisfy the requirement, at this time we must update corroded rotor and stator. So take the state of valve's completely open and the flow of 16.3L/S of helical rotary pump as the mark point. The temperature of air entered from outside gives enormous influence to the actual operational condition of blower. In winter, if we didn't adjust the volume of flow of entering air, the blower would be work overloaded; the actual consumed power would be increased by 20% compared with what we designed. In order to maintain the volume of flow, make the blower stable and safe, we may adopt the method such as regulate the imported vane to adjust the volume of air entering into blower. Adjusting the volume of air entering to blower on the basis of variation of temperature is a best way that is also of great significance to save cost. To keep the stability of operational point of equipment, we should take effective measure to delay the deviation of it, pay high attention to the test of the state of equipment, avoid unnecessary stop, extend the operational cycle of equipment.
