Research Of Mechanical Fault Diagnosis In Centrifugal Pump Of Yan Chang

Due to the constant expanding of application range as well as the complicated environment in applying centrifugal pump,the process of industrial modernization put forward higher requirements for the safety and reliability of centrifugal pump.So we should not only reduce the mechanical malfunction but also the cost of blind maintenance.This paper focuses on the analysis of the working principle of the centrifugal pump,characteristic curve,common fault diagnosis and preventive measures,to further improve the efficiency of the centrifugal pump operation,reliability and its life span.At the same time,to ensure that the oil production can be safely operated,we must take immediate measures when there is something wrong with the centrifugal pump.Finally,combining the actual operation of the extension of the oil pump with analysis of various conditions of the centrifugal pump,we can ensure its operation in energy saving,efficiency and safe conditions.
