This paper focuses on Jizhuangzhi Wastewater Plants. On the basis of Jizhuangzhi Wastewater Plant operation and analysis data of 2003 and 2004, mathematic model is used to simulate wastewater treatment plant operation, and its sensitive degrees were investigated. According to the research results, computer simulation models were built to simulate Jizhuangzhi Wastewater Treatment Plant Operation, Outlet characteristics and operation parameters of Jizhuangzhi Expansion Engineering were got according to computer simulation results under different air temperature, wastewater temperature, waste sludge, sludge return rate and inlet flow. Inlet model is a TSS-COD model which GPS-X software has. After researching Jizhuangzhi Wastewater Expansion Engineering, the computer simulation model for this process was built, the inlet model is based on the GPS-X software COD fractions model. On basis of the design inlet quality of Jizhuangzhi Wastewater Expansion Engineering, Outlet characteristics and operation parameters of Jizhuangzhi Expansion Engineering were got according to computer simulation results under different air temperature, wastewater temperature, waste sludge, sludge return rate and inlet flow. The simulation results provide theory methods for Jizhuangzhi Expansion Engineering optimistic operation optimization.
