Along with the economy grew at a fast pace, environmentalproblems express in a focalized way;the tendency of disruption of the ecologicalbalance havn't been controlled effectively;the ecological situation is still severe;andin some places, the environmental pollution is still severe. If we don't protect theecological effectively, it would bring about more grave social problems.With deepen the strategy of sustainable development and form of scientificdevelopment outlook;Especially after the strategic task of building a socialistharmonious society had been raised on the Forth Plenary Session of the CentralCommission of the Sixth National Congress of CPC, the government pay moreattention to the idea of pushing on the building of harmonious society by the guidenceof "scientific notion of development". local governments try to find out various waysand means that suit to local economic, social and environmental coordinated growth.Some provinces and cities are making experiments of ecological province or city thataim to abandon the unsustainable development mode of sacrifice environment,change the passive situation of pollution at first and control later or destroy at firstand recover later and initiative explore a way that suit to our country's situation andlocal reality and coordinate economy, society and environment. Building ecologicalprovince or city is a new problem and creative work that is in experimental stage andexploration and urge to set up a scientific ecological construction evaluation indexand method.On the basis of investigation and study of ecological construction at home andabroad and sustainable development evaluation index system and ZaozhuangMunicipal ecological construction and ecology, this thesis adopt systematic analysisin connection with quantitative and qualitative to study and evaluate the constructionplan, index system and status quo of ecological Zaozhuang municipal according tothe theory of ecology, ecological economy, sustainable development and itsachievements of applied research and practice of ecological Zaozhuang construction.I put forward the policy and proposal of ecological Zaozhuang construction accordingto the evaluated conclusion and reality.This research achievement gives a quantitative method to further study theregional ecological construction and sustainable development, as well as gives anevaluation thinking that used for the regional ecological construction.
