With the rapid development of iron and steal industry, the requirement of iron is more and more,the problem of requirement and supply is seriously.Additional,compare to advanced technology of environment of foreign steal industry, we have a long way to go. we have to face more and more problem of resource exploitation and environment protection.Complex utilization of sludge,dust and offscum of pyrite was studied in this paper. Lots of offscum are discharged by vitriol plants,which Produce vitriol with Sulphur iron mine every year ,also lots of sludge and dust are drained and letdowned by iron and steel factories. Environment be polluted badly by it,also lots of resources be wasted .If sludge,dust,offscum of pyrite are used to produce pelletizing and mixed with irons to sintering,it will make good use of resources and protect environment.Moreover ,it will bring big profit of economical and society to us.The study of the complex utilization of resources of metallurgy is a instant and reality task,in now shortage of resources days.The hot of it is the study of the complex utilization of sludge,dust and offscum of pyrite. Not only to protect environment,but also to deal with the problem of resources,there is important meaning to study it. Pay more attention to research of adhesives in the paper,because adhesive is the key of the technology.To find a kind of adhesive ,which is suit to produce palletizing with sludge,dust and offscum of pyrite is important.There are advantages and disadvantages of organic adhesive and inorganic adhesive to produce palletizing.Taking the advantages of them,try to develop a kind of recombination adhesive.Additional, think about the cost and supply of materials,starch was studied.Also ,to meet the need of requirement ,we changed some characters of starch successfully.The adhesive with excellent capability also is cheap.Theory be connected with practice closely in the study.It was show that the technology can improve production and quality of agglomerate,also it can reduce the cost of production.Economic efficiency of it is too evident. It has a bright future and can be applied widely.
