| Tianjin’s agriculture is a typical modern urban agriculture.Urban agriculture emphasizes economic ecology and social coordination,which is mainly reflected in the harmonious coexistence of man and nature.The rapid development of Tianjin’s agriculture also has environmental problems such as water pollution,air pollution,and soil degradation.The utilization of agricultural waste resources is a key difficulty in solving the problems of agricultural ecological environment and pollution prevention.Farmers are the main body of agricultural behavior,and they decide how to dispose of agricultural waste.At present,under the strict supervision of the government,farmers are gradually paying attention to turning agricultural wastes into“treasures”.However,there are still some treatment methods that farmers use to treat agricultural wastes such as straw burning,livestock and poultry manure waste.To solve these problems,it is also necessary to find out the main reasons that affect the resource utilization behavior of farmers.This article combs the domestic and foreign literature on the resource utilization of agricultural wastes,and understands that the straw resource utilization in Tianjin City currently has excessive return of straw to the field,difficulty in transportation and storage,and high cost through field investigations,interviews with government staff,and literature inquiries;straw resources The actual utilization method is relatively simple;the farmers’willingness to participate is not high.Tianjin’s livestock and poultry manure has poor awareness of farmers’participation,and the collection of livestock and poultry manure is difficult;the combination of planting and breeding is not tight,and it is difficult to return manure to the field;supporting policies are not sound,and the market is difficult to operate;government subsidies cannot be fully covered,and disposal costs are difficult Implementation and other issues.In order to solve the current problems in the resource utilization of agricultural waste in Tianjin from the perspective of farmers,this paper establishes a theoretical model that affects the utilization of agricultural waste by farmers based on the theory of planned behavior.The main body of planting and breeding farmers conducted questionnaire surveys and interviews,and obtained 318 valid questionnaires.After sorting out the 318 questionnaire data,the alpha reliability coefficient method was used to test the reliability,and the KMO and Bartlett test in factor analysis and the principal component analysis method were used to test the validity,and 17 valid variables were obtained.After assigning values to the 17 variables,a single factor analysis was first conducted through Fisher’s exact test,and it was found that the two variables X1and X5had no effect on farmers’behavior.In order to further determine the degree of influence of 13 variables on farmers’behavior,logistic regression model was used to analyze the degree of influence of the variables,,Applying logistic regression model to analyze the degree of influence of variables,and finally come to the following conclusions:First,farmers’deeper understanding of agricultural resource utilization can promote the utilization of agricultural resources.Second,the resource utilization behavior of relatives and friends and government propaganda have a positive impact on the resource utilization behavior of farmers,and the government’s supervision has a negative impact on the behavior of farmers.The stricter the government supervision,the lower the possibility of farmers’resource utilization behavior.Third,the degree of satisfaction degree of government subsidies>the degree of influence of the existence of fixed enterprises or recycling points>the degree of influence of time and energy consumption.Fourth,participation in agricultural cooperatives and increased income from resource utilization have a significant positive impact.According to the research results,it is shown that resource utilization can increase the income of farmers is the strongest influence on farmers’resource behavior among the 13 variables.Finally,combined with the research conclusions drawn,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward on the current status of the utilization of agricultural waste resources in Tianjin. |
