| Entering the ages of knowledge and economy, the modern clothing industry is experiencing making use of the new technique and new method to synthesize the reformation, promote the change of the traditional industry, increasing the science and technology to the clothing industry and carrying out the industrial upgrading. By the inquisition of the requirement of the clothing market and the application of the pattern design in clothing enterprises, they made series pattern in traditionary method. So they could not satisfy the request in comfort, fit, individuation. Therefore, it is an important direction of apparel technology study to enhance accuracy, fast, intelligence in series pattern design by making use of scientific method and the information technique.This paper just focuses on the theory about parametric characteristic study on raglan pattern grading. The way approaching it is to question, to analyze with theories and experiment, to build model, to solute and to program. The way probes into the clothing pattern grading in theories and practice. The main research contents consist of:First of all, it analyzes the equations which influence the effect of clothing pattern grading, such as the changed regulation in the bodily form of figure size, the request of style shape, the requirement of which manufactures clothing economically and conveniently and different methods of clothing pattern grading.Next, it analyses the raglan characteristic based on the body. It emphasizes to analyse the clothing form dressed in body, the raglan style, and structure characteristic, the raglan apparel size and different methods of grading. It points out that the bevel of raglan sleeve centerline has a close relation with the sleeves form, and the bevel of raglan sleeves decides the fitting or loose degrees of sleeves.Then, the paper designs experiments and analyses them, aiming at the grading technology of typical raglan style. By studying the rule in grading difference and the part size of the typical raglan style, it finds out the grading value and the adjustment value of the grading control point in part. In this paper, validates the experiment conclusion by fuzzy synthesize evaluate method.Finally, it develops the apparel pattern design and grading intelligentized system with VBA based on the above-mentioned experiment conclusion and AutoCAD. It completes the design from the system, and the whole frame to the intelligentized module, and carries out the pattern automatic born mold and the grading automatic born mold. This system based on AutoCAD is relatively independent, which can be loaded and uninstalled uncontrolledly.The research result of this topic and the initial realization of the systems are correct by verification, and the method is valid. It is a successful trial and development in digital fashion design and technology study. It suggests a more scientific method to study the clothing series pattern. This study puts forward a scientific method for the intelligent system, so it has great learning and applied value. |
