Nowadays,with the abundance of social activities,the structure of clothing has become more and more standardized,people have higher requirements for the fit and beauty of clothing,so the subdivision of clothing becomes a general trend,and the research on the conformity of clothing structure has become a modern clothing.The focus of attention in the industry.This paper focuses on the optimization of two-piece set-in sleeves and the automatic generation of paper patterns.Through popular trend research,basic theoretical research,experimental design,experimental optimization,and data analysis,the two-piece circular,the sleeve-loaded structure was optimized for research.The principle of sleeve rotation was used to correct and analyze the sleeve type after rotation.Based on this,a corresponding automatic generation technique of two-piece circular sleeves was established and the clothing was established.Sleeve specific parameters of the database.The main contents of the dissertation study are as follows:(1)This article first studied the dynamic and static features of the upper limbs of the human body,analyzed the structural design principles of the two-piece round sleeves of the women's fit,and measured the displacement of the bottom of the sleevehole,the offset of the crest mountain,and the offset of the cuff mountain node before and after the experiment.Experiments were designed for variables.First,the pre-experiment and the range of the offset of the bottom of the cuff eye were determined,and then the four variables were specifically determined and orthogonally combined to determine the formal experimental program.(2)A total of 9 prototypes were produced in the experiment,of which 7 were formal and 2 were optimized to verify the prototype.Take the chest wide line 16.8cm,measure the front bias data for the formal test sample,based on the shape of the sleeve,measure the displacement of the armpit cuff line and the posterior cuff line,collect data and record.The collected data was analyzed,a mathematical model was established,and regression analysis was performed on the data to obtain a regression equation in which sleeve-eye changes affect sleeve shape.Due to sleeve sleeve rotation,there will be a small amount of sleeves into the forming sleeve,which has a certain impact on the shape of the forming sleeve.Therefore,two sample samples are taken for the three groups of data to modify the model,and a sample is made for experimental verification.The data of the front bias and the offset data of the back cuff line and the rear cuff line were compared with the data before optimization,and the rules were summed up to optimize and summarize the data of the seven sample structures.(3)The basic theoretical research on the concept,technical characteristics and methods of parametric design was conducted to lay a foundation for the establishment of the model.Based on theoretical research.(4)After the experimental verification of the optimized data,the data of the sleeve feature parameters are integrated,a sleeve-sleeve structure database is established,AutoCAD and EXCEL are combined,and a sleeve model is automatically generated,which is convenient for the user to obtain through parameter input.A variety of different styles of sleeve diagrams can be populated in the database if other expert versions are available,updating resources.The research of this dissertation enriches the existing theoretical system of the sleeve structure,and explores a sleeve structure that is more consistent with human characteristics.It provides a more vicious way for the study of the two-piece set-in sleeves structure and the automatic generation of the prototype.Scientific method.The automatic production technology of garment pattern is in line with the development direction of modern garment CAD.The combination of clothing model and computer technology can not only increase the technological content and economic benefits of the entire garment industry,but also make it less difficult for non-professionals and new recruits to use the garment template.It can solve the problems of enterprise technical personnel training difficulties,poor technical stability,and high flow rate.The research objectives of this topic were initially completed,and the results were effective and feasible.It provided a more scientific approach for the establishment of the clothing expert database and the automatic generation of the paper samples,with academic value and use value,and also has certain innovation.
