Cellulose fibers are important mature of textile, including natural cellulose fiber and regenerative cellulose fiber. The application of cellulose fibers are increasing among apparel fabric due to their comfortable performance recently. The surface of cellulose fiber become smoothly and fluff-resist after bio-polishing. And the fabric up to the top grade products as the results of soft and fleecy characteristics. Foreign factories forestalled the cellulose which use as biology agents now. And different companies have different equipments produced various products, so they have different requires to the biology agents. We study DH of biology agents for meet those special technical conditions and make the fabric of cellulose fiber up to the top grade. This method is not only made using of advanced variety of enzyme, but also developed our own unique product.In this paper, the effects of metal ion, organic compound and surfactant to the activity of enzyme are discussed. We can concluded thatsome metal ion as Na+ -, K\ Mg2+ have activation at low concentration, but some heavy metal ion have restrain effect. Most of the hydroxide are inhibitor, but several hydroxide such as sorbitol and glycerol have activation to cellulose. Nonionic surfactants accelerated the permeation and diffusion of enzyme molecule, and favor the separation on solid matter,so enzyme molecule can desorption easily and moved that it is activity was improved.We selected sorbitol, the sodium chloride, C12-14 and the sodium benzoate as the stabilizer, antimicrobial and antiseptic of cellulase. Through a series of single factors experiments and orthogonal experiments, the best technic of the biology agents—cellulose DH formula are obtained: sorbitol 6 g/L, sodium chloride 10 g/L, C12-14 2 g/L, sodium benzoate 1.5 g/L. Simultaneously discovers several kind of stabilizers the coordinate uses are advantageous biology agents the stability, prolong the lifetime of biology agents.In this thesis, we use cellulose DH to bio-polish on cotton fabric. After research the rate of weight loss of cotton fabric, we have confirmed the right mechanical action and reaction liquid phase system. Moreover, by research on technique of bio-polishing of cotton fabric, the optimal bio-polishing technology was obtained: the temperature is 45°C-55°C, the pH value is 4.5-5.5, finishing time 40-50min, bath ratio 1:15-1:20. After bio-polishing, the strength of cotton fabric is dropped result fromthe fiber being de-weighted, but crease recovery angle of fabric is improved, and elastic of fabric is enhanced, drape performance and capillary effect of fabric is also improved. Thus clothing properties is increased and they become top grade products. We have noticed that the rate of weight loss of different cellulose fabric is different in short time, their order is flax> cotton>ramie.Moreover,we used cellulose DH to research on processing enzymatics Washing of denim, uniform enzymatics Washing effect can be gained, and most of their performances are improved.
