| The two dimension apparel CAD, based on the traditional sample making can't meet the command of the MTM (Made To Measure), while three dimension apparel CADs always gets the body data and builds the three dimension human body model by the expensive three dimension scanner. Therefor, the system of CAD is so expensive that Medium and small businesses can't bear. On the other hand, with the development of internet technology, E-commerce booms. When they buy the clothing, Customers require they can try on in the Fitting room,so the Virtual try-on emerges as the times require. The human body model plays the important role in it. However,the model isn't delicate enough to reflect the reality of human.We choose the NURBS method because of its priority that build model quick and modify the section of curve without the effect of the others. Then We establish the regular human body model with the standard manikin. Firstly, we get the three dimension manikin data with (TC)~2 scanner, then pre-treats them including delaminating, sorting and fitting to find out the extremum point and inflexion of curve as the control point of the NURBS. Finally, we establish the regular human body model.Different the human need different the model.The traditional way is that scan the human body again to get the data,then build model.This is time-consuming process while it costs a great deal of money for using three dimension scanner. Physically,the human is basically same except for a little section of surface. In the paper, we propose the brief method.According to anthropometry and apparelengineering, we find out the key cross-section, the length of which as input parameter,work out the modifying proportion by input and the length of the corresponding cross-section and modify the coordinate of the control point.As for the common cross-section, we solve the modifying proportion by Interpolation according to the proportion of the key proportion nearby. At last we get the new human body model.Furthermore,we do further the research on the partial revises of the model. We conclude that not only do we modify the feature point but also we modify the points relate to it.The mainly purpose of the three dimension human body model is sample making. In the paper, we try to develop the surface of the upper trunk model with the some character parameters. Now, there is precise mathmatics theory in developmentable surface. However, it's difficult to develop the others. The common method is that the model surface is sliced into quadrangles, each of which is regarded as plane, then the planes is spliced. It is esay but tedious. Generally speaking, the human body consist of head, trunk and limb. All of them have several sub-sections, which are considered as developmentable surface approximatively. The upper of body model belongs to them, so we devlopment surface with the length of its fringe. In detail, we develop the surface with the sampling prototype.But we don't think it is perfect, because this method make pattern with two character parameter, with which we work out the other size.
